Our Process is Simple and Interactive

Initial Meeting

A meeting is set up with a member of our design team to discuss your company's current online situation, learn the in's and out's and key points of your business, and strategize plans for the company's digital future.

Design & Quote

After the initial meeting, we go to the drawing board to create a draft of the site design. This draft is then used to quote the site, and is an important visual in planning your future online strategy. We will request a follow up meeting to discuss the next steps.

Develop & Build

When the design is approved, we will begin development. You will receive a testing link to preview the site while it is being built. There will be a great deal of interaction and involvement throughout this process to ensure that all of your company's needs are fully met.

Approval & Go Live

Once the development of the site has been completed, we will request final approval of the site with all its bells and whistles in place. When the final site is approved, we will either push the site live, if we are hosting the site, or we will give you the files to put live on your own server.

ongoing support

Our job doesn't end when your site goes live. We offer several levels of website management and support for any ongoing updates, changes, and general support needs. We also have extremely simple tools that enable you to make edits, updates and changes to your site anytime.

Digital Marketing Solutions

The DMS Group is a web design company that not only specializes in creating custom web designs for local businesses, but also puts a great emphasis on how the site will be used by the company's consumers, how it will be found, what information is offered, and how the company appears online overall.

Every great business idea takes wings with the launch of a professionally designed website. The internet has redefined the way businesses are found, represented, and regarded, and your website is the gateway to these business opportunities.

A verifiable online presence has become indispensable for every company - to lead its competition and to secure a dominant position in the industry. It's not only important to reflect the business strategy of a company through its website but, it is equally important to engage your potential customers and partners into conversation.

Why Does Your Company Need a Website?

  • Your competition is probably already online.
And they are attracting YOUR customers right now!
  • 6.6 billion searches were conducted in America on Google in July 2010.
Which means that your customers and potential customers are searching for your products & services online. Need we say more? …Where will they go if they don't find you?
  • It's EASY for customers to refer business to you online!
Ever caught yourself saying this: "It's a great place, look them up online"?
  • A website is cost effective.
Having a website is an investment BACK into your business. It works for you 24 hours a day, even when you aren't working.
  • Websites can adapt and grow as your business does.
Start simple, and grow your website as your business grows, adapts, and changes. Websites are easy to keep updated, and are available to your customers 24/7, even when you aren't.
  • Websites are measurable!
Wouldn't you like to know where people come from before they get to your site, Where they are located geographically, What they do on your site, How long they stay, and Why they come to your site? You can use that information to plan marketing strategies and learn more about your own business!
  • Having a website is now EXPECTED of a business.
Let's face it, it's 2011, and this day and age, not having a website is like not having a telephone, or maybe even a front door.
  • Websites can reduce customer service expenses.
How much time does your staff spend answering basic and repetitive questions that could easily be answered online? Wouldn't it be great if you could simply say "visit our website to learn more about ___________"?
  • A website can help you stay in touch with your customers.
Product and service information and updates, sales, promotions, events, blogs, newsletters, mailing lists, specials, social networking, local directories, posts, comments, chat features, and videos…we can keep going…
  • And Lastly, Keep them coming back for more!
Having a great, user friendly website will help you keep your consumers coming back to your company for the same products and services over and over again. And who doesn't like repeat business?
